In the Kitchen

My recipes, experiments and thoughts on food and drink. Humans attach a wide range of emotions to food and family recipes are often more important to us than family heirlooms. Food engages all five senses, (plus the sixth emotional sense) and touches us on both a primitive and spiritual level, making it one of the most intense experiences we can have… if we are treating the ritual of eating with respect. The Kitchen and Hearth or dining space is where friends and families meet to bond, in hard times and in grand times.
